Color Rush items for sale, coincidentally

mentors-colorofmoney-590x35

The NFL raises the curtain on its 2016 Color Rush offerings on Tuesday. Coincidentally, you now can buy plenty of Color Rush items of your very own.

Making the operative color green, as it always is.

Jerseys, shoes, hats, and T-shirts are available through Nike.com, the official apparel supplier and the company that undoubtedly has pushed for teams to adopt new uniforms and, via the Color Rush program, the entire league to adopt 32 of them.

The fact that several teams won’t even wear their Color Rush jerseys due to considerations like colorblindness doesn’t matter. You can own, for example, the solid-green Jets jersey or the all-blue Texans top regardless of whether you’ll see the Jets wear those jerseys this Thursday (you won’t) or the Texans wear them next Thursday (you won’t).

That’s all immaterial. The jerseys can still be bought, which is what Nike and the NFL want you to do.

Is it me or do does anyone get dizzy looking at all those colors at one time.

Color rush was a bad idea. Who’s the idiot that’s giving these people their degrees in marketing? ??

Anyone else think only about 5 teams did anything interesting enough to call it a Color Rush. The rest just seem like normal jerseys…what an over hyped let down.

I like the Falcons jerseys (better than their normal ones). Too bad they won’t be wearing it.

It should also be noted that 100 percent of the NFL’s proceeds from Color Rush jerseys will fund youth health, safety and wellness programs.

The henchmen jerseys for the evil billionaire owners trying to take over the World.

They can sell doo-doo on a stick and as long as it has the team name’s stamped on it, dopes will buy it.

Dallas’ white jersey with blue sleeves isn’t bad. The Dolphins’ solid orange is sad, bizarre, and looks like either a Denver or Tampa Bay throwback.

Not a “Rush” jersey but anyone notice the change on the Raiders home (Black) jersey?

I believe the Packers have told Nike to go pound sand. When switching to those awful collars after acquiring the NFL contract GB said leave our stuff alone… now during the color rush game it appears GB will only be changing pants and shoes. So other than switching to a NIKE logo the Packers jersets are still the same.

Did the Kansas City Chiefs miss the memo?

Looks like a parade in San Francisco.

I guess the Chiefs don’t have to participate in that nonsense.

The Packers’ all-white looks a hell of a lot better than all-green or all-yellow would have been. Smart move.

The Seahawks neon green look pretty epic.
