Godspeed Fred Quillan. God Bless your family.

The man was a quality center who definitely overachieved in the NFL as a 7th round pick who played 10 years and started in 9 of them. You will be missed.

I played center in High School in the Bay Area from 81-85 and because I was a 49er fan I always lobbied to wear #56 because of Fred Quillan. Rest in Peace Sir. Gone way too early. 😦
