The Patriots are down to their last healthy quarterback, as Jimmy Garoppolo left the game with a shoulder injury.

He had already given his side a 21-0 lead over the Dolphins, but left the game after taking a hard fall on his throwing shoulder.

He has been replaced by rookie Jacoby Brissett, their third-round pick and only backup while Tom Brady is serving game two of his four-game suspension.

Garoppolo was driven into the ground by Dolphins linebacker Kiko Alonso, and went to the locker room under his own power. The team has announced his return as questionable.
