Packers defensive tackle Letroy Guion out with a knee injury

Letroy Guion AP

The Packers did a good job of stopping the run in the first half.

They’re going to have to do it in the second without a key part of their defensive line.

Defensive tackle Letroy Guion left with a knee injury in the first half, and the Packers announced he would not return.

The Packers held Adrian Peterson to 12 yards on nine carries in the first half, an admirable half of work, but something they’ll be hard pressed to match without all their guys.

Hope Letroy is OK. As a former Viking, he’s done well for the Packers.

Just thought I’d remind the Packer fans that their best defensive lineman wasn’t good enough for the Vikings defense.
