Wide receiver Markus Wheaton is again among the Steelers’ inactives for Sunday’s game vs. the Bengals.

Wheaton, who’s listed as a starter and is expected to play a role on one of the league’s best offenses, is still recovering from a shoulder injury.

Wheaton had practiced this week, twice as a full participant and as a limited participant on Friday, so there was at least some hope he’d be able to play. The Steelers got production from Eli Rogers in his absence last week, and Sammie Coates should also again see a significant number of snaps.

For the Bengals, cornerback Darqueze Dennard is active after sitting out last week due to an ankle injury. He should see action as the Bengals will play plenty of nickel defense.
