The Bears have issues at the moment beyond their quarterback’s thumb.

According to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network, an MRI confirmed that Bears outside linebacker Lamarr Houston suffered a torn ACL in last night’s loss to the Eagles.

The Bears seemed to be expecting the worst, and it hits at a terrible time for them. They’re still waiting for Pernell McPhee to come off the physically unable to perform list after his knee surgery.

Houston also tore his ACL in 2014, when he was celebrating a sack. This time, there’s not a lot to celebrate, for him or the team, as they try to figure out how long Jay Cutler could be out with a thumb injury.

John Fox will list him as day to day with a torn ACL.

It ain’t good enough? The Bears won’t be competitive every year and see 10-6 again in the next 5 years…..

To think about all of the slack that Reggie McKenzie received for letting Lamarr Houston walk instead of giving him $15 million a year.

Have to give the man credit……

Just…wow. I am literally speechless at how fast the wheels are coming off this season for the Bears already.

Lets not forget that celebration in 2014 was for a sack on Jimmy Garoppolo in garbage time when they were losing by 25 points.
