The Packers need to look at replacing Mike McCarthy if they have another underachieving season. He’s gotten conservative in pressure situations and has stubbornly refused to change his schemes and game-planning. Unfortunately, he has a good relationship with GM Ted Thompson, so the shareholders will have to make some serious noise.
