Colts Coach Chuck Pagano told reporters Wednesday that wide receiver Donte Moncrief’s shoulder injury is a fractured scapula and that Moncrief will likely miss 4-6 weeks.
Pagano said the injury will not require surgery, and with proper rest and rehab the Colts could have him back by midseason.
Moncrief was injured during last week’s loss at Denver. He has seven catches for 73 yards on the season, and without him the Colts will need more production from 2015 first-round pick Phillip Dorsett.
Earlier Wednesday, the Colts signed wide receiver Devin Street off of the Patriots’ practice squad.
