Corey Coleman wont need surgery, to miss 4-6 weeks

Despite the Cleveland Browns dealing with a rash of injuries, Mike Florio explains why it doesn't affect the team due to the fact that it has been on a rebuilding plan.

The Browns got a bit of good news today.

The team announced that wide receiver Corey Coleman saw a hand specialist this morning, who told him surgery would not be required for his broken hand. He’s expected to miss four to six weeks.

Coleman suffered the injury in practice yesterday, part of an avalanche of bad injury news for the Browns, who had enough to deal with already.

While they’ll miss him for the next month (particularly after his 104-yard, two-touchdown game last week), at least they know it won’t be a protracted absence for their first-rounder.
