Rookie linebacker Myles Jack has played sparingly in the first three weeks for the Jaguars, but he’ll get a bigger workload on Sunday in London.
Dan Skuta is inactive with the hip injury that caused him to be listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report and Jack will start for the first time in the NFL in his place. The Jaguars selected Jack in the second round of this year’s draft after questions about the long-term health of his knee knocked him down in the draft order.
Tight end Julius Thomas was also questionable on Friday and he’ll also be inactive on Sunday. Marcedes Lewis will be Jacksonville’s top tight end. Defensive end Jared Odrick, guard Chris Reed, quarterback Brandon Allen, tight end Ben Koyack and cornerback Dwayne Gratz are also inactive.
The Colts will be without right guard Denzelle Good, right tackle Joe Reitz and interior lineman Jonotthan Harrison. That likely leaves them with three rookie starters on the offensive line. Wide receiver Donte Moncrief, cornerback Darius Butler, wide receiver Devin Street and defensive lineman T.Y. McGill are the other inactives.
