Russell Wilson said he slept two or three hours a night to rehab more

Seahawks QB Russell Wilson slept as little as two hours a night during the week in order to spend as much time as he possibly could rehabbing his sprained MCL.

Russell Wilson has water that he thinks prevents concussions, supernatural healing abilities which keep high ankle sprains and MCL sprains from causing him to miss so much as a practice, and has now admitted that he doesn’t really sleep.

Coupled with the fact he lives in the rainy Northwest and dresses stylishly, it may finally be time to consider that Wilson’s actually a vampire.

Along with the previous report in TheMMQB.com that Wilson had a rehab specialist move into his house (And Drew Morcos sounds like the kind of human name a vampire would take if I’ve ever heard one), Wilson told Peter King after Sunday’s win over the Jets that he basically doesn’t sleep.

“Drew’s a movement specialist,” Wilson said. “So I was pretty much keeping it moving all week. I’m on a bike, or I’m doing one-legged squats. I’d go to bed maybe at 1, then wake up super early to do more icing around 3 or 4.”

That sounds impressive, maybe too impressive, especially since Wilson is a newlywed with a lovely bride at home, who may not have known she was signing up for one of her husband’s vampire trainer buddies moving in during the season.

“We were all in,” Wilson said. “Ciara’s great about it. She was at the game today too, with about 30 family and friends.”

Until I see pictures of them eating garlic together in the sunlight over the bye week, this is pretty much the theory I’m going to go with.
