Russell Wilson’s not the only one in Seattle with amazing healing powers.

In fact, veteran wide receiver Doug Baldwin delivered some injury news about others, when discussing what the Seahawks have dealt with so far this season.

“The work ethic in this locker room is second to none,” Baldwin said, via Dan Graziano of ESPN.com. “You have guys like Tyler Lockett, playing with a PCL tear. Jimmy Graham shouldn’t be playing right now. Christine Michael, guys like that, playing through the stuff they’re playing through. It’s inspiring to be a part of it.”

Lockett left their Week Two loss to the Rams with what was described as a knee sprain, but returned to that game. The posterior cruciate ligament is one of the lesser known CLs, but he’s played through it since. He’s been in a smaller role, with just one catch since then, but he’s been available. For the Seahawks, who are missing a few players but have a number of walking wounded, that’s been significant.

“He’s tough, but you’ve got 52 other guys in this locker room that are tough,” Baldwin said, referring to Wilson coming back from knee and ankle injuries of his own. “It’s not just one guy that’s tough. That’s the environment we have here. In this locker room, you have to be tough.”

Running back Thomas Rawls is expected to miss more time with his broken bone in his leg, and tight end Jimmy Graham’s still working his way back from knee surgery, and first-round offensive lineman Germain Ifedi suited up for the first time last week.

So the bye week comes at a perfect time for them, allowing some of the injured to heal.
