Cowboys working out Robbie Gould, Kai Forbath

The Cowboys are apparently looking for a better safety net than letting a safety kick.

According to Mike Garafolo of the NFL Network, the Cowboys are working out kickers Robbie Gould and Kai Forbath, amid concerns about Dan Bailey’s back injury.

Bailey didn’t practice yesterday, and safety Jeff Heath took his place, though they apparently want someone who kicks for a living.

Bailey missed a 47-yard field goal last week, but hit a 22-yarder and all his extra points.

The Vikings may also wish to consider the driver who restocks the soda machines, the UPS driver, the pizza delivery guy…

Kind of surprised Gould hasn’t gotten a job yet.

Apparently the Vikings are waiting until Walsh misses another game winning kick in a playoff game to make a decision.

If the Cowboys sign Gould and Walsh misses a kick Sunday, I hope either the national guard or an entire ward of psychologists is at the stadium for Walsh’s protection.

The Bears need to swallow their pride and resign Robbie.

Dallas calling these guys in to see if the vikings were calling them, nothing to see here, the vikings are sold on wide left.

This is not the old Robbie Gould. He’s aged fast and he’s lost his confidence which s the main reason he’s unemployed. Bears did the right thing replacing him although they might have chosen a better replacement.
