Gary Kubiak takes advantage of the unknown, choosing not to announce who will start for the Broncos: an injured Trevor Siemian or Paxton Lynch.

The question of whether Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian will play on Sunday without practicing is now officially moot.

Siemian participated in Thursday’s practice on a limited basis. Via Mike Klis of 9news.com, Siemian participated in individual drills and 7-on-7 sessions. He didn’t take part in the 11-on-11 portion of practice.

The starter injured his left (non-throwing) shoulder four days ago against the Buccaneers, and rookie Paxton Lynch finished the game. Coach Gary Kubiak said Wednesday that he’ll take the decision as to who’ll start on Sunday against the Falcons up to game day.
