Patriots wide receiver Chris Hogan suffered a head injury in the third quarter of Sunday’s game at Cleveland.

No further details on the extent of the injury were immediately available. Hogan likely won’t return given that the Patriots hold a 30-13 lead in the fourth quarter.

Hogan seemed to enjoy Tom Brady’s return to action from a four-game suspension. Hogan caught four passes for 114 yards before the injury.

Team trainers escorted Hogan to the locker room late in the third quarter. An announcement that he’s questionable to return came early in the fourth quarter.

Brady has three touchdown passes, all to Martellus Bennett.

His head really bounced off the turf, hope he’s Ok.

Brady hit two deep ones that I saw right on the money and in stride.

The poor kids head hit the turf and bounced violently. I think he got his bell rung pretty good. I hope he’s ok and not badly injured.

I think Roger Goodell left the game with a hurt head as well hen t.

Has he come anywhere near a game the Patriots are playing or is he still too scared of fans who now have scientific proof that the NFL commissioner and owners are corrupt?

Brady’s lobs travel too slowly and allows DBs to catch up to receivers. I guess even against Italian HGH, father time is still undefeated.

He’ll be listed on the next injury report as having a bruised shoulder – because that’s the patriot way.
