Patriots wide receiver Chris Hogan suffered a head injury in the third quarter of Sunday’s game at Cleveland.

No further details on the extent of the injury were immediately available. Hogan likely won’t return given that the Patriots hold a 30-13 lead in the fourth quarter.

Hogan seemed to enjoy Tom Brady’s return to action from a four-game suspension. Hogan caught four passes for 114 yards before the injury.

Team trainers escorted Hogan to the locker room late in the third quarter. An announcement that he’s questionable to return came early in the fourth quarter.

Brady has three touchdown passes, all to Martellus Bennett.
