The Bills defense had another good day against the Rams last Sunday, but two members of the unit are going to be a little lighter in the wallet as a result of fines from the league.

Defensive linemen Adolphus Washington and Corbin Bryant have each drawn fines. PFT has confirmed with the league that Washington was fined $18,231 for roughing Case Keenum near the end of the first quarter. The penalty helped the Rams move near midfield and they eventually worked their way into Buffalo territory before a Todd Gurley fumble ended the drive.

Washington sacked Keenum one play before Gurley’s fumble to record the first sack of his NFL career. The 2016 third-round pick also had three tackles and batted a pass down as part of the impressive performance put up by the Buffalo defense in Week Five.

Bryant was penalized for grabbing Gurley’s facemask on a second quarter carry. He’s been fined $9,115 for the offense.
