Can you hear me now? Patriots have trouble with headsets

In news that will make other teams giggle, the Patriots had communications problems at Gillette Stadium.

According to Tom Curran of CSNNE.com, Patriots coordinators Josh McDaniels and Matt Patricia had to signal in plays by hand, when they were unable to use the coach-player communication system during their win over the Bengals.

Of course, other teams have long suspected shenanigans when they go to New England, and for them to have problems at home does carry a bit of irony.

The Patriots apparently have also all but given up on using their Microsoft Surface tablets, as coach Bill Belichick spiked his out of frustration two weeks ago.
