Colin Kaepernick gets booed prior to his first start of season

Colin Kaepernick continued to kneel through the national anthem, and Bills fans booed him as he did it (so much for showing respect for the anthem).

But once the game started, the change in quarterback didn’t change the results for the 49ers offense.

Kaepernick overthrew an open Torrey Smith for what would have been a touchdown, and the 49ers were forced to punt on his first drive as a starter since last November.

Kaepernick ran for a first down, showing some mobility, but the drive stalled like many of the Blaine Gabbert-led ones did.

Booing during the anthem is patriotic, as long as it’s directed at someone who is deemed unpatriotic.

They should be cheering him since he will help the Bills win.

Ah, so booing someone for insulting the flag is itself unpatriotic. We may have finally achieved peak liberal.

    Shameful. Deplorable. Unpatriotic. Disrespectful.

They should have made an announcement, “wait until after the anthem to throw your garbage at Mr. Kaepernick”. Same crap happens when the opposing team runs onto the field during taps. I think the difference is intended vs unintended disrespect for the anthem.

Aww, did the poor little QB lose in his kneeling debut??? Poor baby… he’s probably blaming the loss on the white players!!! He’s an idiot.
