The Cardinals look like the better team, and they hold a 14-3 lead over the Jets in the second quarter.

A David Johnson touchdown run in the first quarter opened the scoring, and then the Cardinals put together a long scoring drive capped by another Johnson touchdown run with 6:43 left in the first half.

The Jets are committing a bunch of penalties and missing some opportunities, but they’re hanging around.

Johnson went virtually untouched for 58 yards on the first play of the Cardinals’ second possession. He jogged in from two yards out on his second, capping an 11-play, 75-yard drive.

Johnson now has 20 career touchdowns, passing Ottis Anderson for the most touchdowns by a Cardinals player in his first two seasons.

Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick is off to a 6-of-10 start. He’s going to have to make some plays down the field for the Jets to keep up.
