The Dolphins worst fears for Reshad Jones have been realized.

According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins safety will miss the rest of the season after last week’s shoulder injury.

There were concerns after the game that Jones had torn his rotator cuff, and he was sent for tests.

The word that he won’t return indicates those tests confirmed the initial diagnosis. The loss of Jones is a major blow for a secondary that wasn’t in great shape to begin with.
