Hamstring injury keeps Terrelle Pryor out of practice

AP

Browns receiver Terrelle Pryor is sitting out practice today with a hamstring injury.

Pryor said he’s hoping to be able to play against the Bengals but doesn’t know yet if he’ll be ready to go by Sunday.

“I’m going to try to go. We owe this to the city to get a win,” Pryor told Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Pryor is one of the few bright spots for the Browns this season, having emerged as one of the best young receivers in the league after previously washing out as a quarterback. So far this season he has a team-high 33 catches for 413 yards and three touchdowns.

  1. “Pryor is one of the few bright spots for the Browns this season, having emerged as one of the best young receivers in the league…”

It’s a great feel good story but let’s slow the roll on the ‘best young receiver’ stuff. 2 good games against below average teams and 4 pedestrian games against average to good teams is hardy the stuff of legend.

  2. A hoot? Are you some geriatric looking for a good time?
Here’s the deal laser…those dog piles wouldn’t even make it out of the locker room without Pryor this year..
Chippy..nobody’s talking about legends like you here..only the fact that TP for your bung hole is the best thing your ass and the brown doo doos have seen in a bit. Quit hating cuz he beat u in fantasy
