The Dolphins have been looking for a bell cow running back and, for a week at least, they found one.

Jay Ajayi was named AFC offensive player of the week after rambling for 204 yards and two touchdowns in the Dolphins’ surprising win over the Steelers last week.

Ajayi got 25 carries, even after veteran Arian Foster came back from his latest injury, which speaks to the faith the Dolphins are developing in him.

It was an eye-opening performance for Ajayi, whose previous high game this year was a 13-carry, 42-yard day against the Titans.

Hoping for a great game when my Bills go down to face the fins this week. Although i hope the Bills offensive line exposes Mario for the check stealing cancer he is.

If he keeps improving at that rate I am expecting 350 and 6 touchdowns. Anything less and he is regressing. Joking aside those 42 yards against the Titans were hard fought and could have easily been about 20yards so the penny might have finally dropped.
