Odell Beckham doesn’t practice Wednesday

Wide receiver Odell Beckham’s behavior has remained a topic of conversation this week, albeit in a more muted fashion than in previous weeks because Beckham’s latest round of sideline antics happened while he was scoring on two long touchdown passes in a Giants win rather than while the Giants were in the middle of a three-game losing streak.

Wherever quarterback Eli Manning is coming down on that issue on a given day, the condition of Beckham’s hip should probably be the issue of greater importance in the coming days. Beckham came down hard while trying to make a catch in last Sunday’s game and left briefly with what was called a hip pointer.

Beckham obviously wasn’t encumbered too much during the game, but the issue was enough to keep him off of the practice field on Wednesday. Coach Ben McAdoo said that Beckham was “pretty sore” while discussing the receiver’s condition, although there haven’t been any signs of great concern from the team that Beckham could miss Sunday’s game in London.

The same can’t be said of Nat Berhe, who tried to practice on Wednesday after missing time with a concussion. According to multiple reports, Berhe didn’t make it through the entire session and that doesn’t bode well for his chances of playing this week.

Bench this guy; he’s dangerous. Dirty, selfish player, boring ‘celebrations’- he’s a dud.

He just had 220 yards and 2 TD’s…good luck with that.

Though his celebrations are ridiculously stupid.

No place for a guy like that on a good team. Can’t win with that kind of distraction. His hit on Norman last year was at least as bad as Burfict’s hit on Antonio Brown.

He ran out of makeup and needed to shop for it. Priorities.

The kicking net must have went into labor, and he needed to be there.

A “dud” with the second highest number of 60+ yard TDs all-time for a player in his first three seasons, and still has 10 games to go.

I could be a hip pointer but I’m not.
