The 49ers quickly dumped fullback Bruce Miller in September after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting two men at Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco. He was charged with seven separate felonies stemming from the incident.

According to Evan Sernoffsky of the San Francisco Chronicle, Miller pleaded not guilty to all seven charges in San Francisco Superior Court on Wednesday.

Miller is accused of attacking a father and son at the San Francisco Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf on Sept. 4. The attack resulted in one count of assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm (weapon alleged is a cane); one count of assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury; one count of inflicting injury on an elder or dependent adult likely to cause great bodily injury; one count of battery with serious bodily injury; two counts of criminal threats, and one count of assault with force likely to cause great bodily injury to be levied against Miller.

Additional lesser charges have also been added by prosecutors.

The 49ers released Miller the day the following day. He’s currently out of jail on bail and is due in court again on Nov. 22.
