Browns offensive lineman Alvin Bailey has resolved his court case, and will now wait for his NFL punishment.

According to Adam Ferrise of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Bailey pleaded no contest Thursday to drunken driving.

His license was suspended for six months, he was fined $840 and he has to either spend three days in jail or complete a three-day driver-intervention course between now and February 2017.

As part of the plea agreement, prosecutors dismissed drug possession and paraphernalia charges.

Under the league’s personal conduct policy, first-time DUI offenders generally get a two-game suspension.
