Rookie to rookie TD pass gives Browns the lead

The Browns hold a 7-3 lead on the Ravens in the second quarter on a 25-yard touchdown pass from Cody Kessler to tight end Seth DeValve.

Kessler has struggled at times early in the game but threw a beautiful pass with some touch to DeValve, who had gotten behind the defense. The Browns drove 75 yards in seven plays, crossing the 50 for the first time thanks to a pass interference call on Tavon Young.

The catch was the second for DeValve and his first touchdown. Both Kessler and DeValve are rookies.

The Ravens have moved the ball but Joe Flacco was intercepted late in the first quarter and the Ravens stalled deep in Browns territory on the possession before the Browns broke through.

Browns are winless but honestly I see them being good in a few years. They’re stacked with draft picks and their 2016 draft looks good on the field. Also lots of money to spend this FA.

I know the ratings are down but I for one still enjoy the games I watch the prime time games and all Raider games but I just have one complaint ..I rather watch the prime time games on CBS ..The reason is Collinsworth…he talks way to much and says a bunch of nothing non stop…mostly excuses for what ever team …it gets old the same statements over and over again…he never was that way but last 3 years him and Al Micheals just terrible..

Yeah, but you still gotta live in Cleveland. Rookies, no choice, but free agents? Good luck.
