Bears running back Jordan Howard has either an ankle injury or an Achilles injury, Bears coach John Fox told reporters after Sunday’s game.

Fox didn’t provide specifics or know when the injury occurred.

Howard rushed for 100 yards on 15 carries Sunday vs. the Buccaneers before sustaining the injury. It was the rookie’s fourth 100-yard game of the season.

The Bears lost the game, 36-10, and also lost guard Kyle Long to a potentially serious injury.
