The Bengals have slumped to 3-6-1, and they may not have one of their best players as they try to turn things around.

Receiver A.J. Green will have an MRI on Monday to determine the extent of a hamstring strain suffered early in Sunday’s loss to the Bills.

Green grabbed high on the hamstring after the injury. As NBC Sports Medicine Analyst Mike Ryan noted on Twitter, the higher the strain in the muscle, the longer the absence.

The Bengals trail the 5-5 Ravens and 5-5 Steelers in the AFC North.
