How is Sammy Watkins a bust?

The Bills were foolish to pay so much to trade up to get him, but he’s still a good WR. A good, not great but good, WR in the first round is in no way a bust. It’s a good pick, but one that the Bills overpaid for.

Did they hire someone from outside the organization to teach him?

When you spend two 1st round picks on a player who can’t stay on the field, he’s a bust.
