THE BIRDS ARE BACK!

The Philadelphia Eagles have roared back from a 24-6 halftime deficit, scoring three unanswered touchdowns since intermission. The Eagles took the lead on a juggling touchdown catch by rookie DeSean Jackson. The lead currently is at one point, due to a missed extra point attempt (laces out, fool) after the second touchdown and a failed two-point conversion on the third. The comeback has been fueled by some impressive halftime adjustments by the Eagles, on both sides of the ball. And given the Cardinals’ inability to deal with the pressure that Philly defensive coordinator Jim Johnson is throwing at quarterback Kurt Warner, we’ve got a feeling that we might have jinxed Arizona offensive coordinator Todd Haley.
