JETS ADD ANOTHER COACH

Several former members of the Jets coaching staff have followed Eric Mangini to Cleveland, now a former Browns coach is making the opposite move. Adam Schefter is reporting that Anthony Lynn will join the Jets as running backs coach. Lynn won two Super Bowls with the Broncos as a backup running back and then joined their staff in 2000. He went on to coach running backs for Jacksonville and Dallas before spending the last two seasons on the Browns staff. Bill Parcells, for whom Lynn worked in Dallas, wanted to hire him in Miami before the 2008 season, but Lynn signed an extension with the Browns instead. If reports of Henry Ellard and Dennis Thurman joining the Jets staff are true, Rex Ryan’s hired seven coaches since his introductory press conference on Wednesday.
