The Philadelphia Inquirer reports, and we separately have confirmed, that the Eagles will not be making a play for free-agent receiver Terrell Owens. Per the Inquirer, there is no interest. Per our source, there is “no chance.” But if PFT Planet had gotten its way, the move would have been made.
