Delmas In Demand

The guy who might be the first safety drafted next month will be making plenty of trips between now and then.  Per a league source, Louis Delmas of Western Michigan has visits scheduled with the Ravens, Falcons, Jets, Saints, Broncos, Dolphins, Browns, Patriots, and Cowboys.
Delmas also will conduct private workouts for the Browns, Eagles, and Dolphins.
He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.5 seconds at the Combine.  At his March 11 Pro Day workout, Delmas focused on position drills, resting on his Combine numbers.
A total of 21 teams attended the Western Michigan session, with Delmas being the main attraction.

  1. I’ve never heard of him but he did play for the best college football program in the state of Michigan, so he’s got that going for him.

  2. If Delmas visits with the 49ers their shrink will ask him: “Louis, as a result of the score of 12 you earned on the Wonderlic exam, do you think that could cause your parents to divorce? And if their marriage did indeed dissolve Mr. Delmas, would you feel either extreme bitterness, vitriolic anger, irrational angst, or unbridled rage?”

  3. I was a student manager for WMU… he was the leader for the defense. He will bring the lick for whatever team that drafts him.

  4. I thought this kid transfered to Western Kentucky? Didn’t I read that on here last week? I know I saw something about it on some internet hack site.
