Holt Taking Visits One At A Time

When word broke that veteran receiver Torry Holt would be visiting the Jaguars, fans of the team envisioned him wearing black and/or teal and/or white and/or whatever the team’s colors are. But it might not happen that quickly. According to Terry McCormick of the Nashville City Paper, Holt plans to make the rounds before making a decision. “Torry is in contact with all the teams that have interest,” agent Kennard McGuire told the City Paper. “He is taking one visit at a time.” The other interested teams aren’t known. There’s a chance that McGuire is bluffing, in the hopes that the Jags will try to lock Holt up before he visits any other teams. The Titans reportedly tried to trade for Holt before the Rams cut him earlier this month, but no visit has been scheduled for Nashville to date.
