San Diego State Linebacker Works Out For Bears

San Diego State linebacker Russell Allen had a private workout today with the Chicago Bears, according to a league source.
Allen has upcoming visits set up with the San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins, and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
At his Pro Day, Allen registered a 4.63 in the 40-yard dash, a 33 1/2 inch vertical leap and bench pressed 225 pounds 24 times.
A four-year starter and a two-time team captain, Allen recorded 375 career tackles, 22 tackles for losses and three interceptions.
He was nominated twice for the Dick Butkus Award for the nation’s top linebacker.
