Finally, the Buffalo Bills and center Eric Wood have agreed to terms on a contract, making Wood the fifth first-round pick to ink a deal.
A league source tells us that the deal was done this afternoon.
Wood was the 28th overall selection in the draft. He was obtained via the first-round pick that Buffalo picked up from Philly in the Jason Peters trade.
And so as one reader pointed out, the Bills might soon have a first-team offensive line that features players named “Wood” and “Levitre.”
Just sayin’.
The Bills, who opened camp four days ago, still need to sign second-round cornerback Jairus Byrd and first-round defensive end Aaron Maybin.
