All has been relatively quiet on the Ben Roethlisberger legal front of late, with both sides clamming up and little moving forward in the process.
It looks like it will stay quiet for a few more weeks.
Calvin Dunlap, the attorney for Ben Roethlisberger’s accuser, has given Roethlisberger’s attorneys more time to file their response to the lawsuit. They now have until August 21, according to the Associated Press.
It was also learned Friday that two of the other defendants in the case have filed motions to move the case 50 miles south from Reno, to Minden in Douglas County.
Roethlisberger’s accuser also named many Harrah’s employees as part of the suit.
