Tahi “surprised” Harvin didn’t practice on Thursday

A couple of weeks ago, Vikings fullback Fahu Tahi told Todd Wright of Sporting New Radio that receiver Percy Harvin’s undisclosed illness at the time resulted from migraine headaches.

This time around, Harvin’s sudden appearance on the injury report with an “illness” is sparking speculation that Harvin is suffering again from migraines.

But in an interview that will air during the Friday night edition of Todd Wright’s show, Tahi didn’t say that Harvin has migraines. Instead, Tahi said he was surprised that Harvin “wasn’t out there today,” and that Harvin “had gotten those migraines taken care of.”

Per Rick Alonzo of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, coach Brad Childress says that he expects Harvin to return to practice on Friday.

The last time Harvin missed practice due to migraines, he missed both Thursday and Friday.
