Westbrook misses another day of practice

As the Eagles prepare for the front end of an epic New York-Philly football-baseball doubleheader, running back Brian Westbrook has missed a second straight day of practice due to a concussion.

Westbrook was knocked out Monday night in a game against the Redskins, and his availability reportedly will be determined by a game-time decision.

Receiver DeSean Jackson, who missed practice Wednesday with a foot injury suffered on Monday night, was able to fully participate on Thursday. Safety Macho Harris, who missed practice Wednesday with a knee injury, also missed practice on Thursday.

For the Giants, running back Ahmad Bradshaw (ankle, foot) missed practice both Wednesday and Thursday, along with cornerback Aaron Ross (hamstring).

But defensive tackle Chris Canty (calf) was able to practice on Thursday on a limited basis, as was linebacker Antonio Pierce (ankle).

Tackle Kareem McKenzie, who missed Sunday night’s loss to the Cardinals with a groin injury, fully participated in practice on Thursday after practicing Wednesday on a limited basis.
