Donald Driver is dominating Detroit this Thanksgiving.
Driver, the Packers’ wide receiver, has been getting open in the Lions’ secondary all day, and his seven-yard touchdown catch midway through the third quarter gave the Packers a 20-7 lead.
Overall, Driver has caught seven of the 10 passes thrown his way, for 142 yards. He reeled in a 68-yard pass in the first quarter and a 45-yard pass in the third quarter.
With more than a quarter left to play, it’s already Driver’s biggest game of 2009, and it’s his second 100-yard receiving game this season. He previously caught seven passes for 107 yards in the Packers’ 26-0 win over the Lions in Week Six.
