Colts in control

The Indianapolis Colts, showing no rust after not trying to win in nearly a month, have rediscovered the gas pedal in the first half of their divisional playoff against the Ravens.

Indy leads at the break, 17-3.

Quarterback Peyton Manning has completed 21 of 29 passes for 180 yards and two touchdowns, including a risky three-yarder to Reggie Wayne as the first half was coming to an end.

The Colts defense has been the difference so far. After yielding 87 yards on Baltimore’s first possession, the Colts have clamped down, holding the Ravens to nine net yards on three three-and-out drives in the second quarter.
