Rams, Leonard Little's agent will meet at combine

St. Louis Rams defensive end Leonard Little is less than two weeks away from becoming an unrestricted free agent, and there’s already talk that the Redskins could be interested in Little’s services.

But it’s still possible that Little could remain in St. Louis.

Howard Balzer of Globe-Democrat.com reports that the Rams haven’t ruled out bringing Little back, and team officials will meet with Little’s agent next week when the NFL world converges in Indianapolis for the scouting combine.

At age 35, Little isn’t quite the player he once was, and he hasn’t had more than 6.5 sacks in a season since 2006. But he’s still a capable pass rusher who would be sure to draw interest from multiple NFL teams if he hits the open market.
