We reported Monday that veteran tight end Ben Hartsock had agreed to terms with the Jets.
The Jets announced the move today.
Hartsock arrived in New York after the 2009 preseason. He appeared in ten games starting four.
He was a third-round pick of the Colts in 2004, and he also has played for the Titans and Falcons. Primarily a blocking tight end, Hartsock has blocked for four 1,000-yard rushers.
