Report: Roethlisberger agrees to provide DNA sample, submit to interview

Buried in the middle of a lengthy article from the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review regarding the night that culminated in the latest sexual assault charge against Ben Roethlisberger is a tidbit we previously have seen nowhere else.

According to Carl Prine of the Tribune-Review, attorney Ed Garland has agreed to arrange for Roethlisberger to meet with police and to provide a DNA sample.

Prior reports indicated that Garland had not agreed to the interview or the DNA sample.

Roethlisberger was interviewed by authorities on the evening that the sexual assault charge was made.
