Ricky Williams recently changed agents, despite announced plans to retire after 2010.
Mike Berardino of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel noted Friday the NFLPA lists Drew Rosenhaus as Ricky’s agent, marking a move from long-time agent Leigh Steinberg. (We’ve confirmed the information is correct.)
It’s possible Williams is just looking for a change to help him with opportunities after football. Or perhaps he’s considering extending his career.
Williams is due $4.35 million in 2010, making him one of the best paid committee backs in football.
