Pro Bowl berth for McNabb would push Eagles pick higher

Donovan McNabb was traded for a 2010 second-round pick (No. 37) and a conditional 2011 fourth-round pick. ESPN’s Adam Schefter has the scoop on the conditions.

The pick can improve to a third round if one of two things happen.

1. McNabb goes to the Pro Bowl.

2. The Redskins win nine games and McNabb plays at least 70% of the team’s snaps.

The conditions place the Eagles and their fans in the position of kinda-sorta-maybe being happy if McNabb does well in Washington.

And if the Eagles and Redskins square off in Week Seventeen next year and Washington is at eight wins, well, that would make our head explode more than this picture.
