Amid rampant speculation that the Steelers could trade quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and at least one report that the team is willing to “listen intently” to offers (as opposed, we suppose, to listening half-assedly), Steelers president Art Rooney said that a trade has not yet been discussed with any other club.
He didn’t say that it can’t be, and he didn’t say that it won’t be.
