Plenty of defensive end options for Titans

One of my big takeaways from our team needs series thus far is how strong the Titans roster is from top to bottom.

One of the areas the team is lacking is at defensive end. The team doesn’t blitz a lot, and needs a better pass rush from their line.

The Titans should have a few good men to choose from when they select No. 16 overall.

“We have three or four players at defensive end that we think are probably worth our pick, and that is a good thing,’' Titans G.M. Mike Reinfeldt said this week.

That list almost surely includes Georgia Tech’s Derrick Morgan and South Florida’s Jason Pierre-Paul. If those two players are gone, Michigan’s Brandon Graham, Southern Cal’s Everson Griffen, and Texas’ Sergio Kindle are options.

The NFL Draft is rarely predictable, but it would be a surprise if Reinfeldt doesn’t take one of the ends on his list.
