Cowboys bring back Montrae Holland

The aging Dallas Cowboys offensive line surprisingly didn’t get much younger during the draft.

Jerry Jones waited until the sixth round to take tackle Sam Young, and didn’t draft a guard. It’s not that we think Doug Free can’t hack it. But Dallas risks watching their offensive line get old all at once without quality young players behind them.

Knowing the team needed some depth inside, the Cowboys agreed to a two-year contract with guard Montrae Holland, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Holland, 30, was Dallas’ only unrestricted free agent. He will be a backup guard.
