Bills minicamp one-liners

Bills first-round pick C.J. Spiller is reportedly showing “a smooth, explosive running style” on the minicamp practice field.

The Bills’ current minicamp is for rookies and veterans with two or fewer years of experience, so Brian Brohm and rookie Levi Brown are the lone quarterbacks in attendance.

Brohm was picked off at least twice Friday -- each time by CB Leodis McKelvin -- but still insists that he can “play at this level.”

Bills QB Trent Edwards is ineligible for the minicamp due to his experience, but he’s staying in shape by working out on his own.

Coach Chan Gailey reiterated that the Bills’ quarterback depth chart is wide open, saying “the best three are going to be the three that we take” to training camp.
